How do we roast coffee with air? We begin with fresh, clean, air and superheat it in a roasting chamber. Silverhook's roasters have no moving parts and by using air we create a pure, uniform roast that's free of the bitter-tasting tars left behind in traditional barrel roasters.

Then, Silverhook Alaska Coffee not immediately used is frozen in air-tight containers to preserve roaster- freshness. The result is a fresh, crisp taste of Alaska in each cup.
